Our Remodeling Process
Initial Consultation
We start with a visit to your home to discuss your goals, take measurements and photos, and learn how you’d like to improve your space. This is where your vision begins to take shape.
Preliminary Ballpark Estimate
Next, we provide a preliminary budget range to help you determine if the project aligns with your goals and investment expectations. This early estimate typically includes a general scope of work and determines the feasibility of the project before moving forward.
Design, Scope of Work and Written Contract
With a small design deposit, we’ll collaborate to develop preliminary drawings, finalize the scope of work, and prepare a written construction agreement. You’ll know exactly what to expect before we start construction.
Pre-Construction Preparation
At this time we finalize the detailed construction drawings, obtain building permits, and material orders. You'll also meet your dedicated Construction Manager at a Pre-Construction Meeting to review timelines, logistics, and next steps.
Construction Begins
Your project is managed through BuilderTrend, a cloud-based project management website and app. You’ll stay informed every step of the way with real-time scheduling, progress updates, and communication tools.
Job Completion and Warranty
Once construction is complete, we’ll walk through the finished space together to ensure every detail meets your expectations. From there, your warranty begins—our commitment to lasting quality and your peace of mind.
