Bennett Builders' "Harbour Town" is an open floor plan that features five bedrooms and four baths. A charming front elevation features a welcoming front porch with metal roof, decorative columns, and a mix of stone and shake siding. The two-story foyer is flanked by the dining room and study, which is connected to a full bathroom and could double as a fifth bedroom or guest or in-law suite. A spacious kitchen with large island transitions into a hearth room with double-sided fireplace, then connects to a two-story great room.
